Jean-Paul studied Economics at the "Institut Notre-Dame" in Brussels, Belgium.
Born in Belgium to Spanish parents, Jean-Paul speaks and write fluent Spanish and French. He also speaks English, Dutch and Italian.
Jean-Paul joined the World Confederation of Teachers (WCT) in 2002, and after the merger of EI and WCT in 2006, Jean-Paul now works as a Professional Assistant in the General Services Unit.
Jean-Paul enjoys watching movies and playing sports. He is also happily married with 3 adorable children.
