Rachel Marcus is a Senior Research Fellow in ODI’s Gender Equality and Social Inclusion team. She is currently co-leading a workstream on gender-restrictive actors in education; a forthcoming report documents the activities of gender-restrictive actors in education in the Global South and will be available on ODI’s Advancing Learning and Innovation in Gender Norms ( ALIGN platform) from June 2024.
