Ruby Bernardo
Ruby Bernardo is a Grade 10 Filipino teacher and the current President of the ACT NCR Union, the largest organization representing public school teachers in the National Capital Region, Philippines. She is an advocate for Indigenous Peoples in Mindanao, actively volunteering with the Save Our Schools Network to support their rights and education. Additionally, she is a proud member of the ASEAN Women’s Network.
