Susan is the European Director of the European Trade Union Committee for Education (ETUCE), the European Region of Education International. ETUCE represents 132 education trade unions and 11 million teachers in 50 countries in Europe. ETUCE is a Social Partner in education at EU level and a European Trade Union Federation within ETUC, the European Trade Union Confederation. Susan is responsible for developing and advocating ETUCE policies and engages in ETUCE policy advocacy work with government representatives in Europe and the European institutions
