Marième Sakho Dansokho
Marième Sakho Dansokho is a mathematics teacher and member of EI’s Executive Committee since 2011. General Secretary of the teacher trade union of Senegal (SYPROS - Syndicat des Professeurs du Sénégal), she is the Confederal Secretary in charge of Education and Training at the Confédération Nationale des Travailleurs du Sénégal (CNTS). She was a member of Education International’s Regional Committee Africa (CRAIE) until 2011 and a representative of the teaching profession on the Board of the Global Partnership for Education (GPE) from 2012 to 2016. Marième Sakho serves on the Advisory Board of the Global Education Monitoring Report as a representative of the teaching profession.
