Etienne-Paulin Songoli
Etienne-Paulin Songoli is the General Secretary of the Syndicat national des enseignants autonomes de Centrafrique (SYNEAC). A teacher, then professor of mathematics, he became a school and university administrator after training in public administration at the Ecole Nationale d’Administration (ENA) in France.
