Samuel graduated from University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA) in 2009 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Currently pursuing a master’s degree in Business Administration at the Accra Institute of Technology (AiT), Rainer is a strong advocate for unionism and an ardent believer in unionism. His interest in the labour front dates back to his national service days where he was elected chairman for the National Service Personels’ Association- Amansie Central District. He is the 1st Vice Chairman of the youth wing of the Teachers and Educational Workers’ Union (TEWU) and also the Chairman for The National Association of Education Administrative and Secretarial Staff-Eastern Region.
