Awards Dinner

The Awards Dinner will be held on Saturday, 25th July 2015 in the Ballroom at the Westin Hotel. There will be a pre-dinner reception at 7.30pm followed by dinner at 8.00pm. The Awards Dinner will follow the Awards Ceremony, which will be held during the final Plenary session on the same date from 5:00pm to 6:00pm at the Shaw Centre. Participants will require a ticket to attend the reception and dinner.

Purchase of Tickets: Tickets are on sale for €70, USD85 or CAD100 per person from Tuesday 19th May.  You may reserve a ticket using the registration website, by logging on with your organisation credentials and clicking on the Awards Dinner tab, or by sending your payments directly to: Education International, I.N.G. As space in the Ballroom is restricted to 1020 spaces, the number of tickets available is limited. If your delegation would like to sit together, please send us this information ( [email protected]) so that we can arrange the table plan. Tickets which have been ordered and paid for in advance will be available for collection from the Finance Office at Congress from Monday, 20th July until Thursday, 23rd July. If there are tickets still available they may also be purchased from the Finance Office between these dates.
