Shuttle bus service - To and from Ottawa airport
A shuttle bus service has been arranged to transport participants to their hotels on arrival in Ottawa and returning to the airport at the end of Congress.
Once you have picked up your luggage you should look for the welcome desk where you will be met by a member of staff from JPDL, our on-site logistics company. There will also be volunteers from the Canadian member organisations there to help you. You will be guided to the next departing bus -please be patient as you may have to wait a few minutes for the bus to fill up before leaving.
The shuttle bus will only drop passengers off at hotels listed on the EI registration site. If you have booked at another downtown hotel, you will be dropped at the closest hotel to your end destination.

Arrival in Ottawa
The shuttle bus will run every 30 minutes as follows:
- Friday 17th July – 8.00 a.m.-8.00 p.m.
- Saturday 18th July – 7.00 a.m.- 8.00 p.m.
- Sunday 19th to Tuesday 21st July from 8.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m.
Departure from Ottawa
Details of the timetable will be available at the EI Congress Information Desk on 25th July. The return shuttle bus service will run on Sunday 26th July and on Monday 27th July only.
