Chemical attacks on female students in Iran
This research examines the sexual discrimination and oppression experienced by female students in Iran, particularly within the educational system. Discriminatory practices, rooted in religious political movements and the establishment of an authoritarian regime after the Islamic Revolution of 1979, create significant barriers for female students, hindering their progress and equal treatment. The research focuses on the chain of chemical attacks on schools during the nationwide protests for “Woman life freedom” from December 2022, to April 2023.
