Objetivos
- Strengthened organizing and consolidation of membership using IT software and tools
- Improved union dues collection and financial management using upgraded finance IT software and tools
- Improved organization data base management & member’s service with PGRI digitalization
- Strengthening leadership thru organized constitutional Meetings with strategic leadership capacity-building
- Advocating PGRI transformation by strengthening PGRI supporting bodies to support improvement of organization performance
- Advocating PGRI transformation by strengthening organization performance in member’s service
- Developed a systematic and sustainable program at grass root level.
- Gender Equality and Women Empowerment with the fulfillment of 30% minimum women’s representatives at board leaders and PGRI woman active role at organization and public.
- Influenced education policies on teachers’ rights and quality public education through advocacy and campaigns
