The main objective is to increase affiliation of existing faculty clubs and associations to TOPPS, mainly on state univerisites and colleges. This shall be achieved thorugh the offering of training workshops on trade union matters to members and potential members, as well as by enhancing TOPPS' visibility through presence in social media and by means of offering leaflets and brochures. Training activities are mostly being carried out by TOPPS members.
