Hector Ulloa

Hector Ulloa is the President of the Norwegian Students' and Academics' International Assistance Fund (SAIH), board member of Debt Justice Norway (SLUG) and a Steering Committee Member of the Global Student Forum (GSF). Hector has a background in student leadership and human rights. He studied law, was deputy leader of the National Law Students' Association and spokesman for the Honduran student movement. In Norway he completed a Master's in Public Administration at the University of Bergen.
For decades the student movement has demanded quality, universal and free public education; however, student representatives have often seen their demands neglected by politicians hiding behind the excuse of insufficient available funding.
